This client needed something to manage the industry specific life cycle of their projects, along with employee management/scheduling, search functionality, accounting, record retention, bid management, and safety

Project Life Cycle

We created a form chain that walked the employees through the project from the cradle to the grave. Each step has documented sections that are saved, and must be completed before the process could continue.

When the process hit key points an automated email would be sent out to the assigned project manager for review. When the process was complete and the project closed, it was marked as such and the project manager would be notified where they could move it into record retention.

Project Management

A section we created for the assignment of tasks was a calendar that the scheduling manager could assign projects locations and the employees who will be working on that site for that day. The employees would then be able to access the project while on site and report progress and document with pictures.

Safety First

We created a safety dashboard to maintain safety training logs and host employee accessible Safety Data Sheets anywhere they were working. This gave crews peace of mind knowing anything they came across was a click away from identification and safety needs.

Accounting & Proposals

To manage revenue and profit we built custom proposals and accounting software. This software would take in the purposed revenue from a job bid, and when cleared move it to profit. The accounting department can see and manage what bids are in proposals, what is an ongoing job, and what jobs have closed. Then balance it with expenses. All this data can be used to generate reporting for the company to manage their finances.

We created an administration dashboard for management to assign roles, permissions and departments to employees. This gave managers the ability to quickly change security and accessibility to individuals for them to access the exact right permissions to complete their assigned tasks.
